Payment
Fees for our services are described on the relevant pricing page or in the order form you sign. Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as specified at purchase. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees due.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: Website Wannabe SMS — a two-way customer messaging program operated by Website Wannabe LLC from +1 (267) 500-2928.
Program description: The SMS program is used to reply to customer and prospect inquiries about our services, send appointment confirmations, project status updates, and occasional promotional offers about our products and services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most subscribers receive 2–10 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates from your mobile provider apply to all messages sent and received. We do not charge a fee for participating in the program.
How to get help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at support@websitewannabe.com or +1 (267) 500-2928.
How to opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, END, REVOKE) at any time to unsubscribe. We will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further texts.
How to opt back in: Reply START after opting out, or re-submit your number on our contact form.
Sharing of mobile data: We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or opt-in / consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is processed solely by us and the messaging provider (Twilio) under contract.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Website Wannabe LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Deliverables created for clients under a signed services agreement are governed by that agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Wannabe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
